What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 3-4 days to process your order and then 2-3 weeks to deliver it to you.
Note: If the product you bought was advertised as Free Giveaway then it could take upto 4-6 weeks to arrive. We know it’s a long time but that’s the only way to keep the international shipping costs low for our international customers. We appreciate your patience.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes, absolutely. We delivery all over Europe. Our standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks but you can speed it up by paying extra for Express Delivery.
I received a broken item. What can I do now?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the broken item at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement right away.

I have not received my order yet. What is taking so long?

Do you have a refund policy?
We try our best to resolve any issues customers have with their products online but if you want a refund for your products then we can do that if done within 30 days from the date of purchase.
